Returns & Refunds Policy

Because RLTW Labs supplies research-use-only laboratory materials, return eligibility may be limited by product integrity, storage conditions, contamination-control requirements, and whether an item has left RLTW Labs’ controlled possession.

Order Issues

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise materially different from the order confirmation, contact RLTW Labs promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the shipping package and affected items.

Return Authorization

Do not ship products back without prior authorization. Any approved return instructions will be provided by RLTW Labs. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Product Integrity

Opened, used, reconstituted, improperly stored, temperature-compromised, altered, relabeled, or otherwise handled materials may be ineligible for return or resale.

Refund Review

Where a refund, replacement, or store credit is approved, the available remedy may depend on the nature of the issue, product condition, carrier findings, payment method, and applicable law. Shipping charges may be nonrefundable except where required by law or where RLTW Labs determines the shipment error was our responsibility.
