1. Purpose of This Policy
This Peptide Research Use & Compliance Policy (“Policy”) governs the purchase and use of peptide products and peptide blends (“Peptide Products”) offered by RLTW Labs. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any Peptide Products from RLTW Labs, you agree to be bound by this Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions and any other applicable site policies.
If you do not agree with this Policy, do not purchase or use our Peptide Products.
2. Research Use Only – Not for Human or Veterinary Use
All Peptide Products sold by RLTW Labs are:
- Intended strictly for laboratory research use only, including in-vitro testing, analytical work, assay development, and other controlled research applications;
- Not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices;
- Not approved by the FDA or any regulatory authority for diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or condition in humans or animals;

4. Regulatory Compliance & Customer Responsibilities
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to:
- Ensure that the acquisition, storage, and use of Peptide Products comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations;
- Maintain appropriate licenses, approvals, and institutional oversight (e.g., IRB, IACUC, biosafety committees, etc., where applicable);
- Implement and follow proper laboratory safety procedures, including use of personal protective equipment (PPE), engineering controls, and training for all personnel who may handle these materials;
- Maintain accurate internal records of receipt, inventory, and use of Peptide Products in accordance with applicable regulations and internal policies.

5. No Medical, Diagnostic, or Therapeutic Claims
RLTW Labs does not make any claims that its Peptide Products:

- Are suitable for any form of in vivo or clinical application.
All product descriptions, specifications, and documentation are provided solely to assist in laboratory research planning and do not constitute medical or professional advice.
6. Handling, Storage, and Disposal
You agree to:
- Handle all Peptide Products as potentially hazardous research chemicals;
- Follow appropriate storage conditions as indicated on the product label or documentation (e.g., temperature, light protection, humidity);
- Use suitable PPE at all times (e.g., nitrile gloves, lab coats, protective eyewear);
- Store Peptide Products in a controlled laboratory environment, not in living spaces or non-lab environments;
- Dispose of any unused or expired Peptide Products and associated waste in accordance with applicable regulations and your institution’s hazardous waste protocols.
RLTW Labs is not responsible for improper storage, handling, or disposal of Peptide Products once they have been delivered.
7. Misuse, Diversion, and Restricted Activities
Any of the following activities are expressly prohibited:
- Using Peptide Products in humans or animals in any way;
- Reselling, redistributing, or transferring Peptide Products to individuals or entities who may use them in violation of this Policy or applicable law;
- Marketing or promoting Peptide Products as suitable for performance enhancement, body modification, wellness, or cosmetic use;
- Using Peptide Products in any manner that is illegal, unethical, or inconsistent with recognized research standards.
RLTW Labs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Refuse, suspend, or cancel orders;
- Block access to the website;
- Report suspected misuse or diversion to appropriate authorities.
8. Quality, Documentation, and Limitations
RLTW Labs endeavors to provide accurate product descriptions and, where available, reference information such as purity data, lot numbers, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs). However:
- Peptide Products are provided “as-is” and “as-available” for research purposes only;
- RLTW Labs does not guarantee suitability for any specific experimental design or outcome;
- Variability in experimental conditions, operator technique, and laboratory environment may affect results.
You are responsible for performing appropriate qualification, validation, and controls within your own laboratory.
9. Returns and Refunds for Peptide Products
Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of research peptides:
- All sales of Peptide Products are generally final.
- RLTW Labs does not accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored Peptide Products under any circumstances.
- Returns may only be considered in limited cases such as:
- Wrong item shipped due to our error;
- Products damaged in transit;
- Documented quality issues attributable to RLTW Labs (subject to review).
If you believe there is a product issue:
- Contact us promptly (typically within 7 days of delivery);
- Provide your order number, product name, lot number, and a clear description of the issue;
- At our discretion, we may request photos, documentation, or return of the product for evaluation.
If a claim is approved, RLTW Labs may, at its sole discretion, replace the product or issue a refund or store credit. We do not guarantee replacement for discontinued or out-of-stock items.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- RLTW Labs, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special, arising from or related to:
- Misuse or improper handling of Peptide Products;
- Use of Peptide Products in humans or animals;
- Failure to comply with this Policy or applicable laws;
- Experimental outcomes or lack of results.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for any claim related to a Peptide Product is limited to the purchase price actually paid for that product.
11. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
